Question by : My laptop R519 Samsung recovery solution 4 states please wait which for 2 hours. What do I do?
I want to restart my Samsung laptop R519 from scratch so I am on the Samsung Recovery Solution 4 and all it says is please wait which I have been doing for like 2 to 3 hours. I don’t know what to do!!
Can anyone help me and tell me what to do?

mine is nearly new , when i backed it up to dvd it took about that time , you will have to wait
